No - Bake strawberry shortcake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla mycopro protein powder
  • Tsp of salt
  • 1 cup of soaked cashews
  • Half can of coconut cream1/2 strawberries

Directions

Blend dates in a food processor and add oat flour, ground almonds, protein powder and salt. Pack into a baking tray and freeze for a couple hours, blend the soaked cashews, coconut cream, strawberries and pour onto the no bake cake base and pop into the fridge for another couple hours to set. Cut into bars and enjoy as a dessert or afternoon snack!
