Crunchy, chewy, and layered with pistachio butter, these no-bake bars are your new favourite protein snack. Each bar is a satisfying balance of sweetness and wholesome fuel.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Ground Almonds
  • 1 Cup of Pitted Dates
  • 1 Scoop of Mycopro Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/4 Cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 Tsp. of Salt
  • 1/2 Cup of Pistachios
  • 50g Dark Chocolate

Directions

Blend dates, ground almonds, protein powder and oat flour into a nougat like consistency and spread out into a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread your homemade pistachio butter on top and add chopped pistachios. Freeze for a couple hours and cut into bars, pour over dark chocolate and add more pistachios on top or any other toppings you desire.
