Get your seasonal fix guilt-free with this creamy pumpkin spice shake that’s brimming with comforting spices and plant-based protein. It’s like autumn in a glass—blended to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Scoop MycoPro Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
  • Tbsp. Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Cup Soya Milk
  • 1/4 tsp close
  • 1/4 Tsp. Ginger
  • 1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
  • 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Soya Milk

Directions

Add pumpkin puree and maple syrup into a sauce pan on medium head with all the spices and leave to simmer. Add soya milk, protein powder, almond butter and a tbsp of the cooled down pumpkin syrup into a blender and blend till smooth, optional but we added squirty cream and a dusting of cinnamon, enjoy!
