Ingredients
- ½ Cup Oats
- ⅓ Cup Oat Flour
- ½ Cup Almond Flour
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ Almond Butter
- ¼ Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp. Cinnamon
- ½ Tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 Cup Chopped Apples

Step 1
Make the Crumble Topping: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the oats, oat flour, almond flour, vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir until the dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 2
Add the Wet Ingredients: Add the almond butter and olive oil to the dry mixture. Use a fork or your hands to mix until a crumbly texture forms. The mixture should hold together slightly when pressed but still have a crumbly consistency.

Assemble the Crumble: Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish, pressing down gently to ensure even coverage.
Step 4
Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the apples are soft and the crumble topping is golden brown.
